Linda Fiorentino was born Clorinda Fiorentino on the 9th of March 1958 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to a steel contractor father and homemaker mother, Clorinda. She is most famous for her role in Men in Black, Vision Quest and The Last Seduction.

Linda Fiorentino debuted as a professional actress in the film Vision Quest in 1985. However it was not until 1994, when she appeared on the film made for television, The Last Seduction, did she rose to stardom. The viewers loved her performance in The Last Seduction and the same with the critics who gave her high reviews. In The Last Seduction, she played the role of Bridget, a murderous femme fatale so convincingly that many regretted that, since it was aired on HBO, she was not qualified for the Academy Awards.

The next major film she was seen next was in the movie Unforgettable, for which she had the chance to work with esteemed director John Dahl. Linda Fiorentino was also directed by Anthony Edwards, her co-star in Gotcha!, in one of his movies. In 1992, she was seen singing in the movie Chain of Desire. In 1997, she landed a role in the movie Men in Black, where she starred opposite Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones.

In 2001, Linda Fiorentino was set to play the character of Georgia O’Keeffe, the American artist, opposite Academy Award Winner Sir Ben Kingsley. However, the producers and the director of the movie added scenes which had sexual acts and nudity, which she then refused to do. The producers sued Linda Fiorentino but she countersued, stating that it was not included in her contract. In 2003, she won the lawsuit and the movie was never filmed.

Linda Fiorentino was ranked #66 by Empire magazine on their 100 Sexiest Stars in Film History. Being one of the sexiest actresses in Hollywood, the band, The Injured Parties, featured her on their album in 2007, Fun with a Purpose.

Since 1987, Linda Fiorentino enjoys photography and even enrolled at New York’s International Center of Photography. She was once married John Byrum, the director, but she divorced him in 1993. At present, she lives in New York and Westport, Connecticut.
